This software is proprietary and confidential. Permission is granted to the recipient solely to install and use the accompanying binary form of the software for internal evaluation of the delta mandate product.

You may not:

1. Copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying ideas, or trade secrets of the software, except to the limited extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
2. Distribute, sublicense, lease, lend, sell, transfer, or otherwise make the software available to any third party.
3. Remove or alter proprietary notices included with the software.
4. Use the software for production workloads, competitive analysis, or any purpose other than the agreed evaluation.

The software is provided only under any separate pilot, trial, evaluation, or commercial agreement between the recipient and Repyh Labs. If such an agreement exists, that agreement controls in the event of a conflict with this file.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT WILL REPYH LABS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
